Emerging Leaders Lab
developing purpose-driven business and leadership

The Emerging Leaders Programme is designed to tackle the urgent need for purpose-driven, adaptable and ethical business leadership in a world facing rapid environmental, social and economic change. As businesses and communities navigate the challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss and shifting societal expectations, it’s essential to cultivate leaders who can think systemically, inspire teams and align innovation with sustainability.

This programme provides a transformative space for emerging leaders to grow their capacity to act decisively, responsibly and with long-term vision in a complex and interconnected world.

who is this for?

Designed for those ready to lead with purpose, the Emerging Leaders Lab offers a balance of practical skills and reflective growth, all off-grid within the inspiring setting of The Bioasis.

This programme is for you if:

  • You recognise that business needs to adapt in the face of the climate and biodiversity crises. With that change also comes opportunity, to be seen to be a company that cares about having a positive impact.

  • You are responsible for driving sustainability, vision, culture or direction within your business.

  • You see yourself as an agent of change in your business and the wider world and want to lead with purpose.

The Emerging Leaders Lab is a transformative five-day journey for professionals, combining high-impact coaching, peer-to-peer collaboration and immersive nature-based learning.

“Next generation leaders are those who would rather challenge what needs to change and pay the price than remain silent and die on the inside. Where there's no progress, there's no growth. If there's no growth, there's no life. Environments void of change are eventually void of life."
- Andy Stanley

From grounding, mindfulness and reflection, to nature connection, conservation work, canoe adventures, team-building activities and workshops on corporate social responsibility (CSR), the programme connects theory with practice.

Learning through peer-to-peer collaboration, guided by expert coaches, wild guides and sustainability specialists, the Emerging Leader programme will provide you with a practical roadmap, tools and actionable strategies to drive innovation and change in your organisation.

No walls, no wifi, just stars, stunning scenery, widlife and space to think, act and lead differently.

* they're not actually made by Rolls-Royce, but they are the bees-knees of composting toilets! #justsaying
